National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month

Broward County Public Schools and the Office of Prevention encourage the celebration of National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month. This month of prevention is sponsored by the PACER Center—a parent center for families of children and young adults with disabilities—and cosponsored by NEA, the National Coalition for Parent Involvement in Education, and National PTA. This Bullying Prevention Awareness effort encourages communities to work together to increase awareness of the prevalence and impact of bullying on children. PACER has numerous classroom lessons, coloring books, posters, and other Resources for all ages National Bullying Prevention Awareness Week.
