Project TEAM Wraparound is a process made up of a series of steps. Wraparound is a means of delivering unconditional care to youth and their families. Wraparound is an individualized, strength-based, needs driven plan. Wraparound is something that families "do," it is not something that you are "given." It is a commitment driven process where every member adapts a "never give up" philosophy and provides unconditional care and commitment to family and team development.
