In an effort to empower teens to make safe, knowledgeable choices regarding sex, drug and alcohol use, BEAT (Bridging Education and Attitudes with Teens) trains, empowers and supports peer educators to effectively, accurately and comfortably communicate facts to their peers regarding HIV/AIDS, in relationship with other sexually transmitted diseases and the use of drugs and alcohol.
